Very terrible experience I never see hotel like this one before Breakfast is very poor you don’t have lot of choices when ask for baking eggs for kids they ask extra charge !! Room service very bad Reception not good My first time to ask me when i ask for extra blanket about the reason for !!! Why they ask me this , don’t know I am married with 2 children They give me room with 3 separate beds hhhhh Room very small Closet is small Number of electrical outlets less that one hand fingers No tooth brush no toothpaste!!! I think this is not 4 stars hotel Not recommend for family stay The problem that i pay for stay with company and can’t cancel the reservation any more The place is nice in old city near lot of food restaurant and shops

In short, a Pig style is more respectful and professional than this place. Reception is horrible and utterly disrespectful. Very loud, old furniture, staff are extremely rude, but most important is ZERO hygiene.

The staff here discriminates you if you are anything but Turkish. You’re treated with immense disrespectf and rudeness. The treatment was shameful to the point where my family and I felt unwelcome and decided to leave the hotel before we even got the settle in. Yesterday i faced discrimination from BeRR Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. While i was there to provide training for Syrian Journalists. The organisation that invited me شبكة الصحفيات السوريات Syrian Female Journalists Network booked my stay at this hotel. Because of some payment complications he started shouting at me asking me what was my gender!! He said; "are you a man or a woman?!!" I told him "its none of your business" and he took a ruler from his desk and left his reception desk to beat me up. I stood tall telling him if he touches me he will regret it. He asked for the fight to be taken to the streets. I refused to move. Then he kept yelling and swearing that i need to get the F***ck out of his hotel. I asked for his manager and he said he is the front desk and i need to get the hell out now. I took my luggage and while i was heading down, he held the ruler again wanting to beat me up. I walked outside the hotel and he chased me out to continue the fight but he was stopped by his colleague eventually.

First night when me and my friend arrived with a booking for double bed, we weren't allowed to the room with the receptionist claiming it's a queen size bed for just one person, which is totally not true. We eventually entered the room after a terrible argument. Second day, I invited my friend to my room in the day time. A different receptionist wouldn't even allow my guest into my room. The attitude was even worse with him yelling "who do you think you are?" Very unacceptable!
